Pete provided exactly what we were looking for - delicious food with a relaxed mood and great service. The canapés were a huge hit with our guests at the drinks reception, and lots of people commented on how much they enjoyed the smoked venison skewers and sausages.

“An outside party on 27 January – madness you might say – not when you have the FieldFireFork team on the case. Cool as cucumbers and immaculately well prepped Pete arrived with his rig. As soon as his incredible BBQ trailer got some heat in it the aroma of the food to come was incredible.
When it arrived on the well prepared buffet tables it did not disappoint as it was professionally and charmingly served by the FFF expert team. All of the guests were rapturous at the quality of the food which was absolutely delicious. The tailored, seasonal themed menu was specifically designed around the winter timing of the event and warmed all of the guests up combined with a few glasses of mulled wine around the fire pit.
