Below you’ll find a selection of the dishes we offer; we recommend two meat dishes and three/four sides but we’ll help you choose the best options, or tailor them, to suit your event, guests, and budget.

MAINS

Rump Roast Espaniola

Scottish beef rump marinated in smoked paprika, garlic, sherry and herbs before gently roasting in the barbecue over a bed of courgette, tomato, peppers, garlic and sherry.

Mediterranean Venison

Wild Scottish venison marinaded in Mediterranean herbs before gently smoking in the barbecue. Finished over hot coals and served sliced with our Italian salsa verde.

Venison Kebabs ‘Provençale’

Scottish venison marinated in Herbs de Provence and red wine before gently smoking in the barbecue and finishing over hot coals.

Paprika Chicken

Chicken thighs marinated in smoked paprika, cumin, garlic and sherry vinegar before smoke-roasting in the barbecue.

(Supplement £3+VAT per person) Scottish pork shoulder marinated in Italian herbs before gently smoking in the barbecue for 8-10 hours. Pulled and dressed with our fresh basil. Lemon and garlic dressing.

Olive Oil Baked Prawns

Prawns with lemon, chilli, garlic, paprika, olive oil and fresh parsley baked in the barbecue.

Barbecue Baked Cod and Chorizo

Fillet of cod baked in the barbecue with chorizo on a bed of red onion, peppers and lemon.

Italian Sausages

Italian herb pork sausages smoke-roasted in the barbecue

Merguez Sausages

Spicy lamb sausages smoke roasted in the barbecue
