Pulled Pork Rolls
Scottish pork shoulder, gently smoked for 8-10hrs before pulling. Served with ciabatta buns, fresh slaw and a selection of hot sauces.
Jerk Chicken Wraps
Chicken thighs marinaded in our spicy jerk sauce and smoked in the barbecue. Sliced and served in tortilla wraps with fresh slaw and a selection of hot sauces.
Goan Beef Roll
Scottish beef marinaded in Goan spice before gently smoking in the barbecue until meltingly tender. Served pulled in a ciabatta bun with our own cooling raita and spiced slaw.
Chicken Cafreal Wrap
Slices of barbecued chicken marinaded in coriander, chilies, garlic and ginger and served in a fresh flatbread wrap.
Scottish Steak Burgers
Scottish beef burgers, gently smoked in the barbecue. Served in brioche buns with sliced gherkins, tomato and baby gem and a selection of hot sauces.

Portobello mushroom stuffed with fresh herbs, garlic and chilli before baking in the barbecue. Served with ciabatta buns, fresh slaw and a selection of hot sauces.
